Why I started Weight Lifted
My name is Sophie, and I want to thank you for checking out my site!
Two years ago I began working for a wonderful franchise called Downsizing Diva, that helps seniors move from their home to retirement/long term care facilities. This work allowed me to gain experience with clients who had to make very hard decisions about letting go of their family home, to embrace retirement living. While working one on one, nothing made me happier than when a client felt understood, cared for, and unburdened by years of accumulated "stuff". I was able to help others while putting my passion for organization into practice. I also learned the ins and outs of downsizing and how to tackle all the extra possessions we gather over the years. I soon realized that many of us could use this kind of help at every stage in life.
Whether you're a student or young professional, a family, or heading into retirement, we all want to come home to a serene space. However, like many of us, it's hard to know where to start. I can help. Let me lift the weight off your shoulders.
